We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Due to the bundled and curated nature of many products, individual items purchased as part of a bundle are final sale and may not be returned separately. Exception may be made for damaged or defective items — see below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the product, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to whipitmyway@gmail.com with your request, and we’ll assist you.
Return Process
If a return is approved:

We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item(s) back using a traceable method.

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.
Refund Timing
Once approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
