Orders are carefully prepared and packaged by Whip It My Way.

Processing Times

• Individual products and accessories: 3–5 business days

• Bundles, travel kits, starter kits, and detox kits: 5–7 business days

• Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at whipitmyway@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Whip It My Way is not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier or packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. However, we will assist you with available tracking information and the carrier’s claim process.

Your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Because our hair-care products and certain accessories are personal-use items, the following return policy applies:

Hair-Care Products and Kits

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, hair-care products, oils, sprays, gels, shampoos, conditioners, detox products, and product kits cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been shipped. This includes opened and unopened products.

Hair Accessories

Unused and unworn bonnets, durags, satin pillowcases, and other eligible accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Accessories that have been opened, worn, washed, damaged, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, email whipitmyway@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging, if damaged

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges and return-shipping expenses are nonrefundable unless Whip It My Way shipped an incorrect or defective item.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.
